Our Yoga Vana Teacher Training Course syllabus includes a unique Emotional Intelligence module to empower you to be a compassionate and effective guide to your students, and befriend your own emotional journey of growing into the role of a teacher and guide.

The module contains exercises in deep listening and introduces you to the communication principles and process of Non Violent Communication based on the work of Marshall B. Rosenberg and the Centre for Nonviolent Communication.
